Connect your bucket
Point DocEvent at your own Amazon S3, Azure Blob, Google Cloud Storage or S3-compatible bucket. Recordings are stored in your account, under your retention rules — they never live on our servers.

Create a user for your platform
Add an SFTP/FTPS/FTP user just for your dialer or contact-centre platform, with its own password or SSH key. Lock it down with the per-service IP firewall so only your platform can connect.

Point your dialer's export at DocEvent
Enter the DocEvent hostname and credentials in your platform's recording export or archive settings. From then on every recording lands in your bucket automatically as it is created.

It's not just audio, either — AI transcription tools that convert your recordings into text can upload the transcripts to the same endpoint, so recordings and their .txt transcripts are archived side by side in your bucket.
