Introducing Organisations
Invite your team to work in your account — no password sharing
You can now bring your team into DocEvent. With Organisations, you invite teammates by email and they can switch into your account to manage your Simple FTP services and channels on your behalf — while their own account stays completely separate. No password sharing, no second account to pay for.
Invite your team
- Invite by email — send a secure, single-use invitation. It's bound to your teammate's verified email address and expires in 24 hours.
- Everyone keeps their own login — members sign in as themselves; nobody shares a password.
- Premium feature — Organisations are available on the Premium plan.
Work on your behalf
- Switch in, switch out — members switch into your organisation for full access to your services and channels, then drop back to their own account any time. A banner always shows whose account is on screen.
- Your account stays yours — billing, plan and API keys are always managed by you, the account owner.
- Set a default — pin the organisation you work in most so it's ready the moment you sign in.
See every action
There's a new Activity log under your Account. Pick a date range and see who did what, when, and in which region — across your whole organisation. Owners see everything done on their account; members see their own history.
Secure by design
- No password sharing — every member has their own login, and their access is re-checked on every request, so removing someone takes effect immediately.
- Two-factor authentication & Google sign-in — pair Organisations with 2FA and Google login for a full suite of account security.
- A complete audit trail — every change is recorded, so you always have a record of who did what.
